SAFE DOESN'T HAVE TO MEAN SOFT.
It is a live and growing resource compiled by Tackle U Co-Founder, Coach Liam - a professional rugby league Head Coach in the French Elite 1 competition.
After suffering debilitating neurological symptoms inflicted by tackling, Coach Liam has dedicated himself to understanding what it takes to prepare athletes, coaches and entire organizations for the unique demands of contact sports.
But this doesn't make Contact IQ a safety project. No, it is where we share tools, skills, ideas and philosophies to effectively prepare athletes and teams to dominate contact and tackles.
